Tom is an energetic technology enthusiast with vast experience dealing with diverse technologies. Worked in different companies with a multicultural milieu for almost a decade and spent much of his Data Network Engineering career. Years after, he transitioned into VoIP/IP Telephony and Multimedia domains — today to be well-known as Unified Communications and Collaboration. Holding industry certifications and actively engaging himself with the latest developments and emerging technologies. His way of life always starts with being on time to manage things equally and without delay by leveraging technology.
Joe started his career in the IT industry back in 2008. He has over 13 years of diverse industry experience with a working background in local and global managed service providers and system integrator companies. He holds network and security-related certifications with expertise in data center and enterprise network design, implementation, migration, roll-out, support, and administration, as well as project management, service operations, technical assessment and documentation, client management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. He loves playing chess and is an avid sports fan.
Alfred is a highly motivated and versatile IT professional with almost 10 years of extensive hands-on experience in network and security solution engineering, implementation, design, and management. He collaborates closely with client-facing, engineering, and operations teams on processes and escalations, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and a drive to incorporate them for improved efficiency and productivity. Alfred holds a degree from Ateneo de Naga University, is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer, and holds multiple industry certifications.
